Drink More Water
You can live 1 month without food, but you can only live a few days without water. In the last 20 years the competition for what we drink has grown exponentially. Instead of drinking water we are drinking coffee, sodas and energy drinks. These caffeinated drinks cause your body to get rid of water as fast as it comes in. The answer is to decrease the caffeine and increase the water. The general formula is 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. If you are 150 pounds, then you should drink 75 ounces of water per day. A special note: Gradually decrease caffeine your intake. If you decrease it to fast you will get headaches. So drink more water. You will have more energy, most of all you will be healthier!
